How to enable Site Builder

I have chosen SiteBuilder during Plesk Panel installation. I can see that PPWSE1.1 (Plesk Professional Web Site Editor) under Application section of Plesk Panel admin page. Is it meaning that I have installed Site Builder? I got a trial license key. Where to install it?
