How to install file_cache and mem_cache module

Hello

I would like to ask an help on how to install file_cache and mem_cache module in plesk 11? I checked the Apache Web Server under General Settings but could not find those modules to enable and I do lots of research but could not find any solutions. Anyone knows how to do this?
