  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question how to modify Nginx's log directive to log request time ?

qtwrk

Basic Pleskian
how to modify Nginx's log directive to log request time ?

Hi , I wanna add request time into log file , so i found this
Module ngx_http_log_module

$request_time

, but I don't know where to add,

just one more question,

if server-wide conf and domain conf are conflicts , which one will prevail ?

Hi qtwrk,

pls. note that nginx has several additional modules, like for example "ngx_http_log_module". Not all ( possible ) modules are compiled into your current used nginx version.

You are able to see current compiled modules/configure options with the command ( logged in as user "root over SSH ):
Code:
nginx -V

You are right, the default compilation didn't include this.

Is it painful to make recompile for plesk nginx?
