  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi all,
I've just started working with Sitebuilder 4.5 and I'm about to finish my first site. The problem I encounter is that I can't get my feeback forms working. The reply keeps telling me my e-mail settings are not complete. I checked the SMTP settings in the HOST-chapter, they are fine.
Can somebody please help me?

kind regards, David

Please check Sitebuilder logs at _logs\application.log file for any SMTP related errors.

I've checked the log, but for some reason the logfiles only contain older issues (end september). There is no SMTP-related log there

Can not help you in such situation, but you may try:
1. Check that you have latest Sitebuilder version
2. Check SMTP server logs to isolate the issue
