htacces file not being read!

Hey,

I don't think that any of my htacces files are being read how can I be so sure?

http://www.filez.muffinz.eu/last-files as you can see it is not working
http://www.filez.muffinz.eu/ also as you can see the site is working

Here is htaccess code:

Options +FollowSymlinks
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^last-files$ index.php?page=last-files

Parallels Plesk for Windows uses IIS for websites, which does not support .htaccess.
Following KB article can be useful for you - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324064
The other solution is third party software something like Helicon ISAPI Rewrite you will be able to use .htaccess rewrite rules out of the box. Some of our clients uses this software. http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=84730
