  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

https and "Bad Gateway"

New Pleskian
Hello,

i have a problem. On my apache2-server with plesk it is not possible to resolve the homepages with https. First i get the question about the certificates. I can trust the certificate and after this i get only "502 Bad Gateway" nginx.

For example: https://textilien-druck.eu

Thanks for help.

The server is a Ubuntu 14.04.03 Server with 12.0.18 Update #65.
I have read the FAQ but nothing help. For example the Article ID: 123735,

2015/09/21 11:14:57 [error] 16456#0: *22121 SSL_do_handshake() failed (SSL: error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol) while SSL handshaking to upstream, client: 80.187.100.126, server: tsv-g.de, request: "GET / HTTP/1.1", upstream: "https://85.214.216.88:7081/", host: "tsv-g.de"

After that i have follows the instructions of the Article 123735. Now i can´t resolve the https site. Without a error.

Hi djimno,

please have a look at: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=textilien-druck.eu and https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=tsv-g.de
As you can see: "No secure protocols supported".

You could now use the KB - article search with the search term "No secure protocols supported", which would result to point to for example at:
