Hyperlinks not working IE7 or IE8

Help please, I have built site www.wingerjewellers.co.uk using web presence builder 11.0.10 but the hyperlinks throughout the site do not work in IE7 or IE8. everything works fine in IE9 or Chrome or Firefox but in IE7 & 8 only the top menu bar links work. Developers can you please look at this and help please.
