Thanks , indeed had the pro version , the problem is there and I have clients that need upgrading to web hosting , is there any way to do this without losing data ?

I want to perform the upgrade to pro Hosting plan , I have installed Plesk 12 .
I think you can upgrade to other plesk version without lose data. Ask to your server provider, maybe is better
