  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I can't get help because I can't open a support request. I could not find in an article about this problem

I'm using a 15-day trial license
I could open it before, but I can't open it anymore. Is this blocked?

error : "We have identified that this license has no support option available. Please enter the valid license key. "
 
Plesk support is only available for licenses purchased through Plesk. As an alternativ you can sign-up for a monthly support contract with Plesk.
