• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

From domain list I am not able to delete the domain when I did try to do that I get this error please help me what is this and now I can fix it.

Error: Unable to remove domains: Problems occured while removing domains: Unable to remove hosting: Unable to delete system user: SysUser->systemRemove() failed: usermng failed: Unable to delete user (onewinsome):(S-1-5-21-438850855-910529496-1721216101-1139) home (C:\Inetpub\vhosts\onewinsome.com): Unable to move (C:\Inetpub\vhosts\onewinsome.com\httpdocs\admin\database) to (C:\Recycler\{86066D57-9347-46a7-B4DB-971D9EF36D29}): (32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

The issue seems to be caused because the file/directory is in use.

Please do an iisreset and try removing the domain

One Winsome

The path C:\Inetpub\vhosts\onewinsome.com\httpdocs\admin\database seems to be used by the system and Plesk is not actually related to Plesk. Please try to identify which process is using it - either backup of for example SQL server where this database is stored and running. If there are no processes that may use it and this folder is empty, try run:

> chkdsk /f

and restart the server to perform full disk scan for I/O errors.
