Question I can't receive notification from Plesk, how can I resolve this?

I have configured website backup service on Azure and enable mail notification. But I received this email, what should I do?

Thanks for your advice, but I have changed to another VPS server to resolve this problem. Now everything works well, I can receive the website backup service mail notification.

Another question, I received a deploy.result file in the notification mail, which viewer can I use to view this file type?

It is a usual xml file. You can open it in text viewer/file editor
