i have a problem with the space volume for my clients

Hi
i have a problem ,in my plesk v11 suddenly my clients spaces became full,i dont know why,and i checked their file and it wasnt match with the volume that plesk show us.
our hosts become suspend .
could you tell me what should i do? and why this happen?
