Question I need someone (freelance job) to configure my plesk server

I have several problems on my server, I would like to pay someone freelance to configure my plesk server.

Problens:
1 - FTP does not connect filezilla error "ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt timed out"
2 - Self-Signed certificate expired (renew expired SSL default certificate)

Updates*
1 - Update plesk 12.0.18 to Onyx 17.5.3 (I do not know if it is safe in my case, I'm afraid to stop ecommerce sites of my server)
2 - PHP update
3 - Security update
