  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi,
I'm having a dedicated windows hosted server, where i recently launched my static html website with ajax backend support.
When i enter mysite.com, i cannot see any backedn content displayed on my webpages, when i give my address as www.mysite.com, Then i can see the content displayed.
FOr this i heard about IIS 301 Redirect, i'm using PLESK PANEL, how can i redirect all my .html pages to www.mysite.com even if users enter it as mysite.com.
Can anyone please help me out, how to do this with PLESK PANEL IIS SETTINGS?

Please check if the domain with www.mysite.com and mysite.com is resolving to the same IP address. also please check if ajax added in IIS, if not you can invoke ajax objects via java scrip.
 
Well, you can check if domain with and with out www are resolving to the same IP address also you can invoke ajax objects via Javascripts.
