IMP Vacation and Fowarding

This might sound kinda crazy but why the heck can you not let users themselves change thier Vacation/Autoresponder message and thier fowarding. this is a real damper when you have 2500+ people using the server and i have to set like 3-5 vacation/fowards a day!!
