  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Import mail messages finished without importing

Andreas79

New Pleskian
Hi there,

I try to use the Import mail message function to import a mailbox. This used to work fine. Today I run in an issue. It finished successfully but nothing has been imported. I tried various mailboxes, import in existing and new ones. Nothing helps.
If I disable the source server or mistype a password it fails. This suggest to me that the login on the source server is done correctly. Reboot, and plesk repair mail have been done. I also reinstall the import extension.

Anybody has any clues ?

I have solved the problem.
The mailboxes contained a file on the source folder with access rights 000. In my case it was a file called .spambox. This seemed to stop the folder listing which resulted in 0 folders to sync on return. I had the same issue with imapsync. I removed the file and the issue was resolved.
