• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Incoming authenticated mail rejected by spamhaus PBL

mconstable

New Pleskian
I have an email client connecting via 3G with various dynamic IPs during the day but whenever she gets one from this particular range...

http://www.spamhaus.org/pbl/query/PBL1426427

then she gets rejected with a 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [101.169.xx.xx] blocked using zen.spamhaus.org; error. She is authenticating on SSL port 465 so I'm not sure why the spamhaus PBL is rejecting her incoming messages. The only thing I can think of is the mailserver is on a virtual IP (eth0:12) and the SSL cert is the default system wide original self signed one (atm).

Is postfix thinking her incoming mail is being relayed because of the virtual IP of her outgoing mailserver?

Would any Plesk system mail specialists have any idea how I could work around this?
