• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

ok, so today i upgraded to openSUSE 12.1 and plesk 11.0.9 on my server over at 1and1

after the install, i updated the panel from 11.0.9 upd #9 to upd#10, when doing so, i recieved an error "message from webpage. server stop responding. try reload page to restore connection. so, i hit the refresh button and it reloaded the page, i logged back in to the panel and it showed upd #10... next i tried to add, the health moniter, this time, i get the exact same error, BUT the whole panel crashes, i cant even pull up the panel log in screen until after i log in via SSH to restart the server... then i can log back in, but it never applied the update... any ideas?
thanks

ok... i re-formatted the machine and had a fresh install of suse 12.1 and panel 11.0.9 upd 9 ... this time when i tried to update panel to 11.0.9 upd 10 i got an error... i ran the command like you mentioned.. here is the output...

(log.c.166) server started
(connection.c.309) SSL: 1 error:1407609C: SSL routines: SSL23_GET_CLIENT_HELLO: http request
(connection.c.309) SSL: 1 error:1407609C: SSL routines: SSL23_GET_CLIENT_HELLO: http request
(server.c.1543) server stopped by UID = 0 PID = 1
(log.c.166) server started
(server.c.1543) server stopped by UID - 0 PID = 1
(log.c.166) server started

that was from the update.... now the following error i recieved while trying to download/install the health moniter..

thanks for any ideas... im thinking my problem lies in with the UID = 0 ... thats just my first thought though...
