installing application pack

hi, i downloaded the application pack 1 for plesk 8.2 and installed the msi on my windows 2003 server. when i go into the plesk interface i can't see any of the applications so i can use them. what am i missing please?

Hi,
Just install it should be enough.
Make sure that it was installed without errors - look into Event logs.
Also make sure that you Plesk license allows you to use application vault - go to Plesk -> Server -> License management and look for "Ability to use application vault" option, it is should be on.
Also try to restart Plesk control panel using Plesk Services monitor in system tray.

am trying to find out if we can configure gallery 2.x with plesk 8.2 how can it be set/added as application pack
gallery 2.x is not part of application pack 1 for 8.2

when i go my mail , webmail.mydomain.com i have this problem
CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
please help me.
