  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

IP address for each client?

Basic Pleskian
OK i guess i don't completely understand how this works.

when i am adding a "client" is that a reseller i am adding (a control panel account who has the ability to create new sites and allocate his resources to them? Currently i do not have any resellers.

or is the idea that for every new web hosting client i have, i create - i add a client and then add that clients site inside their client account. wouldn't that cause problems because that client would have the ability to create new domains?

also i just tried testing this out and added a new (second) client and when it asked me to set up the IP pools, there were none available (i currently have 1 IP address for my server) - shouldn't i be able to have all my clients/websites use the same IP address?

i am pretty confused - any insight would be greatly appreciated.

The one IP Adress must be select as "Shared IP" you should be have "exclusiv" ?

Under the panel server, ip-pool
