• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Is it possible to setup Microsoft Exchange Server with Plesk...

NeuroPsyche

Regular Pleskian
Does anyone know where to begin, and if it is even possible, to setup a MS Exchange server to be used as the mail server for Plesk? I'm not satisified with any of the mail servers 'packaged with Plesk' and would like to keep with a tried and true, and reliable mail server such as MS Exchange.

If anyone has any ideas, suggestions, etc. it would be greatly appreciated.

One other thing... There does not seem to be a 'interface' available in Plesk to 'command' the MS Exchange server.
Plesk creates users in AD/users within Windows for mail accounts. The AD/users that Plesk creates can/could be used to allow the Exchange server to use these same accounts.

If anyone has a work-around that is not 'typical' of what Parallels has in its knowledgebase(which is null as far as I can tell) please feel free to post.

Thanks!
