• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Is plesk really going out of business??

deltatech

Regular Pleskian
I own multiple plesk licenses. For the last few years, plesk sales and support has become nearly impossible to reach. But now it is the worst it has been. It seems everyone in the sales and license departments have walked out. Nobody to help anymore. Just broken automated emails.

I just received an email telling me that I have license about to expire. But they failed to mention WHICH LICENSE. So I went to reply to the message and it bounced with...
<license-notifications@plesk.com>: host
plesk-com.mail.protection.outlook.com[104.47.4.36] said: 550 5.4.1
Recipient address rejected: Access denied
[AM5EUR02FT042.eop-EUR02.prod.protection.outlook.com] (in reply to RCPT TO
command)

So I attempted to get support, only to be told that I needed to respond to a verification being sent to my email which still hasn't arrived 2 days later.

So no humans, just automation run amuck. Is this how you really do business these days plesk???
