• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

i have tryed and attempted two uploads of two keys to my Plesk install.

OS is Cent OS 5.5
All updated.. the system is a freash install.

the error i get when trying to upload the New key to plesk is

Error: Invalid key: Parser error in memory:4: Extra content at the end of the document

my provider has sent me two keys and both say the same thing.. even for the provider they attempted to upload themselfs..

it appears theres a problem in the Key Files :? that plesk 10 has issues with ?

Extra Character

I got this same error today in Plesk 11.0.9, and none of the functions on the license key page were available, so I didn't have option to Retrieve Keys or install a new key through Plesk.

There was an extra space at the end of the license key file - I removed this and created a new file for it manually, then reloaded the key with
Code:
/usr/local/psa/bin/license --install <filename>
That fixed everything for me.
