• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hey,

I want install KnowledgeTree from Plesk and i get this:

* PHP support (>= 4.3.0, < 5.0) (available: 5.2.8, suitable: no)
* PHP safe mode off (available: off, suitable: yes)
* Database required (mysql, version >= 4.0) (available: 5.0.45, suitable: yes)
* Disk space required: 13.3 MB (available: 9 462 MB, suitable: yes)

My version of PHP is:

PHP 5.2.8 (cli) (built: Jan 5 2009 15:12:04)

so what's the problem?

Just to re-iterate what sergius said. According to the above, the version of KnowledgeTree you have requires a version of PHP which is 4.3.0 or higher and lower than 5.0. 5.2.8 is not lower than 5.0, therefore it is refusing to install.

Your options are to downgrade your version of PHP (I wouldn't recommend this, especially on a server running Plesk), or use a newer version KnowledgeTree - the current version requires PHP 5.2.3 or higher.
