Language does not change from English in most of the templates in WPB 12.0.6

If I change the language of WPB from English to f.ex. Spanish, I can see everything changing OK in 'Accounting_service' -template BUT if I change the template to 'Artist' only the page names will be translated. I have tested this with our test server plus in other service providers demo-version. And the behaviour has been the same. How can this be fixed? Why WPB uses fallback even if not needed?
