• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Large problem with Web Mail

Hello,

We have been having an issue with our Windows server that's running Parallels Plesk Panel 9.3.0 and first we want to narrow it down if this is Plesk related or Server related. We host our own server as well.

This has happened 2-3 times in last 30 days: We, along with the other domains on Plesk will stop receiving mail, whether they go through webmail in Plesk or through Outlook. The first time they could send emails and their emails were receivable as long as the person receiving it wasn't on our server. The other times no one could receive emails or send emails. It would say they sent them, but would not be received.

This is fixed by rebooting the server, then all of the emails start coming in and arriving at the receipts. Obviously we'd like to figure out this issue instead of rebooting.
