  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Let's Encrypt Renew

CiaceNT

New Pleskian
Hi, I have a doubt about Let's Encrypt, I received an email informing me that my website and the Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 control panel will no longer be protected by a later date.
Using the Websites & Domains / Let's Encrypt link I have the option to renew the certificate directly with the Renew button.
I don't know whether to renew it manually now or wait for the deadline, hoping that it will be renewed automatically.
Thanks in advance.

Manually recreate the cert if it fails switch the redirect to https off

I found in onyx if you in hosting setting it is set to redirect to https alot of the times to certificate fail to renew as that particular version needs to connect to the http

how i got around this was switch the redirect to https of and say if you had wordpress installed in the word press settings set the WordPress Address and Site Address to

https://yourdomain

and the certificates renew
