  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Limit exceeded messages arriving, but limits are fine

Hi guys,

I have a question for all you. My Windows plesk system is sending me emails with the usual "Notification of problem domains", with the info on how the limit was exceeded, but for what I can see it hasn't. Here's an example:

Limit has been exceeded on domain 'thisdomain.com' owned by client 'thisdomain'
(Contact name 'xxxxxxxx'):
Disk space usage: 45.4 M
Disk space limit: 100 M
Traffic: 3.69 G
Traffic limit: unlimited

I don't know what to do. I thought killing the account and creating it again would solve the problem, but I did, and the problem is still there. Has anyone ever had this problem before? I really need a hand solving this issue.

Any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Try to look through all the limits for the domain. There could be predefined mail limits or SQL db size limits, that were exceeded.

At last there can be just an error in stats. In that case just start statistics.exe manually.
