  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Mail box size does not update after change

One of our clients had a full mailbox.
I decided to increase the default mailbox size of that subscription from 12 GB to 15 GB.

I did this quite often in the past.
After increasing the size in "subscription" I always check the mailbox account again and the "red bars" that were there before would change to blue, showing the new maximum size.

In Obsidian this size is not updated

In Roundcube I do see that the change is working

Refresh statistics does not make a difference

Do you have review panel.log to see if there is some error log?
