Issue Mail deactivated on domain still alerts for exceeding limits

Hi
I recieved alert from server that one domain is exceeding limits for emails. I deactivated the mail service on that domain, but still emails are being sent. Is it possible, and what is the solution?
I have even reset the password too.

Hi,

Are you sure the emails are still being sent or did you see that warning on the Plesk homepage? That warning will disappear after 1 week.
