mail forward does not work help please

Hello all,

Can some one help me on how to fix my mail forwarding problem.

It worked great before. I think I did something with the mail enable, now mail forwarding does not work any more.

Probably ME configs are corrupted, try to run mchk --all -fix=all command.

Where can I run this command " mchk --all -fix=all "?

I send between those domains that I host, send and receive successully. I can receive mail from yahoo, but could not send to yahoo. It gives me error message.

Is this firewall problem or dns problem?

Here is what I got if I try to send to yahoo mail:

There was an error sending your message: unable to add recipient [vinhwsu@yahoo.com]: Invalid response code received from server
