Mail forwarding not working...

Hi people,

I am a bit of a noob with Plesk so please be patience with me

I have a 2 part question.

1. I am having a problem with mail forwarding i.e. it is not working whether it is a full forwarder with no mail box or forwarding with mail box, they aren't forwarding to the relevant box's - any ideas?
   
   
2. If an alias say peterblogs.com is setup to go to fredblogs.com and fredblogs.com has an email on it dave@fredblogs.com if someone was to send an email to the alias dave@peterblogs.com should dave@fredblogs.com receive it? (hope that makes sense )

I probably haven't given you enough info so please do not hesitate to ask and I will provide what I can.
