The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
Can you give us some more info?
- where did you enabled it in Plesk? Can you add a screenshot?
- how is the log delivered to the user? Via email?
- in the topic you wrote mail log and in the issue httpd log. Which one did you mean?
Hello.. It's in the Logs option of the hosting..
Here is a screenshot.. attempting to attach.. Yes, it suppose to be emailed to that user.. nothing is received..
It's the httpd log.. In my email, I meant "the http logs are not emailed"..
