Issue Mail quota, postfix bug or plesk bug??

Hello

I assigne mailbox quota to some user, and they have overload the quotas (red bar in plesk, 885 MB used of 684 MB), but they still recieved more and more mails... so what's is the problem??? An quota assign error from plesk or an postfix bug???

Check Overuse policy in corresponding Service Plan.

alexonb.... logs of what??? it's an quota....
IgorG... Reseller client have overuse soft (transfer data and disk space) and limits of this suscription overusePolicy > overuse > false, but, I understand that this only use limits value, => quota are not always hard limits???
