• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Mail Quota?

In the report section of the domain, I saw this:

Maximum number of mailboxes 50
Mailbox quota (not supported by the mail server) 50000 KB

What does it means by "not supported by the mail server"??

Basically, it means that control panel has to do extra work to support full quota functionality in Plesk. That mesage should actually be removed now.

jaytee, Sorry I don't get what u mean by "control panel has to do extra work to support full quota functionality in Plesk"??

I stull see this message throughout my domains till now!

Will this actually effect anything? So if a quota of 50000KB say is set at the Mailbox, will it be functioning?

bmorejon: QoS Services??

The message has no real effect now.

Here's more details on it:
Plesk mail quota on Unix had more functions than MailEnable on Windows, thus when Plesk was first ported to Windows, the message was added. Later, the needed functionality was added into the Control Panel itself, but we did not remove the message for some reason.
