MailEnable SMTP logs missing

I have plesk 7.5 reloaded for windows, and MailEnable.

The issue I am having is that after 1 day, SMTP activity log is deleted.

Is there a setting in plesk which controls deletion of SMTP activity log in ME?

I asked MailEnable, and they said MailEnable doesn't do anything except write the log files. They said they had heard other plesk users having this issue as well.

Any ideas on where to look?

thank you.

Probably Plesk statistics.exe utility deletes a log file after its finish.

well thats weak

Well that is inconvenient. Being that the exe mentioned, sent me a blank attatchment, that really really sucks since it wipes out my log files. I need those to diagnose problems.

Can I disable this exe to see if this is what is causing the troubles?

thank you

I see where to disable this exe, in plesk (schedulers).

"E:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\statistics.exe"

Does this stop web server from collecting stats for the sites, or does this just stop plesk from making reports?

How can I figure out why this EXE is generating a blank text file as it's report?

And also, how do I know what this exe is doing, or if it is deleting mail stats?

any references or URL's are greatly appreciated.

You you should not disable this task. This task counts all statistics information.
As for MailEnable log it should not delete it.
Maybe It was just corrupted.
