error message

KCS' with key '/var/lib/plesk/mail/auth/passwd_db_key' mailmng[28563]: Failed to initialize password cipher context (for mail address 'alex@ts3-worldofgaming.de') mailmng[28563]: Unable to set password for mailname alex@ts3-worldofgaming.de
because we still have no solution-until now please help
We have linux debian 7.0 with plesk panel 11.5
