  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello

I am running windows plesk 10.4v on my server. I have 300 domains on server and 80% users are not able to access webamil from there plesk control panel. As a mail server using Smarteramil. I tried most of the solutions mchk, reconfigure--webmail but I am able to access webamil from control panel. If I tried to reset the password for existing email ID's I am getting error that user in unavailable. If I create new user its working fine but not for existing users. Please check attached jpg.

Please assist me.
