  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

on plesk 9.5 there was suggestion not to host more than 300 domains on a server , while our hardware is enough for 800 domains, i want to know if i upgrade to plesk 11, how many domains could we host or suggested to host that plesk act normally?
 
It is difficult to say because of different domains can consume different resources. There is no exact recommendation. It depends on your conditions, loading of domains, number of mailboxes, databases and webapplications for each domain.
