  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

mcrypt on plesk 10.3.1 with CentOS

StianB

New Pleskian
Hi all!

I have some trouble getting mcrypt to work. Ive tried the atomicturtle method, but this gave me internal server error (500) when trying to access plesk, but i have no idea if mcrypt actually started to work. (it did something to the databases or something like that, my website got additional errors after installing this also)..

mcrypt is necessarily for magneto..

Any suggestions?

EDIT:
I tried to install ubuntu instead, this got mcrypt working without any problems, but with ubuntu, i couldnt get quote to work, so im back at CentOS.

Thanks,
Stian
