I keep receiving the following error messsage.
The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at Unable to connect to pipe \\.\pipe\psamailfilterpipe
at (Con::ClientOverlappedPipe::create line 502)
at Mail filter main(wmain line 20)
Execute file name: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\memailfilter_usr.exe

How do i solve this error?
 
I already have 8.3 and I can reset the manager every day and I still get those messages. I get those exact messages when I restart the manager!

Anybody have some suggestions to this problem as i receive this error every day and i keep having to reboot my server as e-mails stop working until i reboot the server.

Bumping this for an answer. Seems a lot of people are having this issue. I tried a plesk repair, no dice.

If anyone from the swsoft team or a user here has an answer, I'd love to see it.

Hi Guys

The Plesk Development team really need to look into this problem as now i am having to reboot my server every 2 days because my mail starts backing up in the users mailboxes but Mailenable does not deliver the mail to the client until i reboot the server.
This is the Event Viewer error i get:

Hi All

I am really, really desperate to get some sort of answer to this problem. Sergius was able to help with a previous Spamassassin problem. Can nobody help with this issus as it seems a very common problem and i cannot afford to reboot my server every 3-4days when the memailfilter_usr.exe module plays up. I am not prepared to pay 75 dollars for an incident that is related to Plesk, not to my server.

My event viewer is FILLED with these and I can't get an answer about this either. Neither from MailEnable or SWsoft:

I've paid enough incident fees and really can't afford anymore but this needs to be addressed because a LOT of people are getting this error when using mailenable with Plesk 8.3

Mmm.. I have a simple question what's happenen if server or Plesk manager do not restart?
 
Could you please provide more information about your problem?
From what you said, the issue looks like this:
You start your server and everything's working fine until suddenly your mail stops working and you get the error message displayed above. You restart the server and the problem repeats itself.
Is this correct? If so, could you please elaborate on what exactly stops working in regards to the mail service? Do you get errors first, then mail stops working, or it's the other way around? What are you typically doing before the mail stops working? What are you trying to do afterwards?
 
Hi Sergius, We are still waiting for a solution to this problem. I desperately need to have this problem solved as i have to reboot my server every 2 days.
 
It is also happening for Smarter Mail

I have been getting this since upgrading to ver 8.3.0 and still get it with 8.3.1

When i go to reboot the system has an issue with smmailfilter.exe

The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at Unable to connect to pipe \\.\pipe\psamailfilterpipe
at (Con::ClientOverlappedPipe::create line 502)
at Mail filter main(wmain line 12)
