• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I am sucessfully running Plesk 7.1 on Windows 2003.
I want to migrate Plesk 7.01 from one server to another server.
I have used PLesk Backup Utility.
While resoting backup from this utility, all Configuration are
not properly resorted on another server.
Is there any tool which can duplicate Plesk Setting from One server to another server.

Hi Mali,

you probably mean that you have Plesk 7.0.x on Windows 2003?

To completely migrate to another fresh installation of Plesk 7 for Windows your approach looks like the way to do.

Basically you should use backup.exe on one server and restore.exe on another server.

Which configuration is not restored? What is restored?

Pink

While restoring from Backup Utility , mailboxes are restore successfully , domains are restore successfully but whole properties are not restore.

What properties do you mean exactely? Propierties of the domain user? Client's properties?

Pink
