• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Server that using plesk 8.2 it is not possible to be upgraded because the condition is already worrying
this time I want to try to install plesk 9.5.4 and the data in plesk 8.2 will be restore in plesk 9.5.4 one by one and then backup again in plesk 9.5.4 and finally i will restore in plesk 12, if this is possible I do?
 
I try all version from 8.6 to 9.5.4 with the same error

Yes, you can try this. Or just use Migration Manager for migration content from Plesk 8.2 to Plesk 9.5.4.
