• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Migration Error: Version Difference

New Pleskian
Hello,

I am trying to migrate Windows Server 2003 with Plesk 8.6 to Windows Server 2008 with Plesk 9.5.1.

I installed the latest migration agent on source computer but now when I try to transfer, it gives:

" The version of Plesk Migration Manager being currently used is older than the version of Plesk Migration Agent running on the remote host. Please install Plesk Migration Manager components of the same version."

In /PMM/msessions migration logs, it says:

CheckVersion. remoteVersion (9.504.4000.12731), localVersion (9.501.3753.41156)

I am not able to find migration agent for 9.501.3753.41156, I tried other versions placed inside utilities link at parallels, but either they are older than 9.501 or one is 9.504. Please help me finding agent for source server matching migration manager on destination server.

Or please tell me way through which I can upgrade migration manager on destination.
