• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Migration from Plesk 10 to 11.5.30 MySQL DB is not present

Basic Pleskian
Hi all,
I have try to migrate a only one domain for testing from Ubuntu 8.04LTS Plesk 10.4.4#53 to CentOS 6.5 Plesk 11.5.30.
The web pages are present in the destination server but not the MySQL DB.
I have try to connect with admin mysql user but I have this error:

ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I have read these threads but don't change anyting.

http://kb.parallels.com/en/116916
http://kb.parallels.com/en/1657

With the utility migration I have a set a "domin1.com" with "All configuration and content except mail" and Transfer PreCheck print the messages (present in my previous thread):

Backup files of MySQL database servers earlier than 5.1 (localhost:3306) might not be restored on MySQL 5.1.x because MySQL 5.1.x handles Unicode characters differently.

The following Apache modules are not installed on the destination server: negotiation, setenvif, dir, autoindex. Please install and enable these modules to prevent possible problems.

The shell /opt/psa/bin/chrootsh is not available on the destination server. One of the available shells will be used instead. To use the same shell as on the source server, you should turn on (in /etc/shells) or install it on the destination server.

Why MySQL are not present? Mistake? Bugs? Wrong configuration?

Thanking in advance and sorry for my english.

Giuliano
