Issue Missing Schedule Task and other in Control Panel

Plesk updated earlier this month, Version 18.0.30 Update #4, last updated on Dec 1, 2020 04:21 AM
Now the panel is missing icons such as Task Scheduler among other things, or they were moved elsewhere?
Getting access denied when trying to reinstall/upgrade, had an issue with the Key not registering too...etc.
I tried to repair the install but nothing happened. My IP doesn't know a fix? Recommended Plesk website fixes
don't match what's on my Panel.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks johnvins
