  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

More Redirect trouble

I have enable mail redirect for a customer's email and it appears to be working. But a copy of the message is left on the server. This guy gets tons of email and soon mail will began bouncing back as full.

Should redirect remove its copy after mail has been forwarded/redirected?

Any suggestions for resolving this issue?

As a FYI...

Issue resolved:
I found I have to turn off the email account. The forward works but no mail is queued if off.
