  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Multisite Drupal and database backup ?

Publipresse

New Pleskian
Hi everybody,
You know how Drupal multisite works?
Only one Drupal installation, many folders with each website content and many database for each website.
Very easy to update the core of hundred websites.

In Plesk panel, each website is an alias of the main installation.
When I want to add a new website, I add an alias and I add an new database.
But I cannot link a database to an alias.
So, only the main database with the main installation is backed up with the Plesk backup system.

How can I backup these orphan database ?

Thanks,

Hi, No you don't understand. I don't want to install a third party tools
I use Plesk so I'm talking about Plesk functionality

That's a shame that we cannot schedule databases backup with the Plesk IDE.
Please, add the functionality to add a database to an alias

Thanks,
