MySql custom button

I made a custom button for phpMyAdmin on the administrator's desktop so I can have one click access to phpMyAdmin for all the databases on this server. The default setup from Plesk requires about 10 clicks from login just to get to phpMyAdmin!

So I created the button using this URL:
/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/index.php

The button works fine if I have already opened up phpMyAdmin during the current session. If I have not opened phpMyAdmin during the current session clicking the custom button bring up a page that displays:

"The host name is empty!"

I'm assuming the hostname is stored in a $_SESSION variable, but I'm not sure what key & value phpMyAdmin is looking for.

Does anybody know how to do create a custom button for phpMyAdmin that works every time?

Thanks!
