MySQL Write Error in plesk 8.1

I'm recieving a mysql error every few hours when using amy website on my server that calls or writes from the mysql server. The following error is

Database error 1 while doing query Can't create/write to file 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\#sql_10e6c_0.MYD' (Errcode: 17)

What can i do to stop this?
